Hoover Conquest c1820 is a monster!

Thomas Owens

I cannot believe that Hoover is discontinuing this model. It is such an incredible wide area vacuum.

I also have a Windsor Wave, but the Hoover is so much easier to use.

The Hoover is designed with the saying, "keep it simple, stupid," in mind. Even a kid could have thought of it, yet it makes total sense.

Turn on the unit, and it feels like you are at the wheel of a jet airplane. Not that it's loud, but the amount of airflow is incredible. It eats everything up in it's path, all the way to the baseboard.

When I first saw this double vacuum, it looked kind of funny. Once you try it, there's nothing funny about it. It's a beast of a vacuum.

My only wish is that I listened to Alex and Rick before I got the Windsor Wave. At least I got it used, so I'll see if I can sell it.

I wish some other company would buy the Conquest from Hoover and take it to the next level. Maybe Hoover will just give it away the way things are going for them.
