I ordered a Orbot from Rick a couple of weeks ago and time has seemingly come to a virtual standstill ever since. My girlfriend told me I have been like a prisoner counting down the days until my release (waiting on the orbot). On a side note for anyone that hasn't ordered from Excellent Supply before it is my opinion they are second to none for providing the highest quality products and the best customer service in this business. They are absolutely outstanding in every way.

The machine is worth the wait for sure. You should be very satisfied with your purchase

In most cases I have had to wait at least 3 to 6 weeks for my machines to get delivered to me.
Funny how getting quality AMERICAN MADE products takes a little time, but worth every penny.

I am happy to say all my equipment for cleaning is made in the USA.

David I never really thought about it but now that you mention it I realize that all of my equipment is also American made or at least assembled in American. On a side note I was searching the web a couple of days ago and came across your website. In my opinion it is a very informative and easy to navigate.

Rick I was prepared to wait for a minimum of six weeks on the orbot so if it shows up before that I will be extremely happy. I would imagine that hos is going full tilt on making these puppies.

I think it's pretty awesome that we get so excited about getting a machine that cleans carpet.

If people didn't know any better, they would think that we were talking about getting a new flat panel tv or some sports car.

Nothing like doing work that you can enjoy. Of course it's the right tools that can make it fun!

I just received an email from one of your operators with a tracking number for my Orbot. It will be here on Tuesday which is less then three weeks from order date. How cool is that?
