Who here has one and is it worth the time to do one?

I am thinking maybe thats why I had a tough time in business a few years back. Because I had no blueprint.

A business plan is exactly that...a blueprint for your business. It is, in my opinion, the most important aspect of your business. Write one, read it weekly, update it annually (or as necessary) and follow it to the best of your ability.

Those who fail to plan, plan to fail.

I made one up with the help of an accountant. The more time, effort and money you put into your business plan, the greater your reward. In my opinion, it would be silly to invest time and money into a business without first investing in the plan.

Joe,

I just got home from SFS (Strategies For Success) at Jon-Don in Philly.  Best $695 dollars I have spent on my business.

It will reap more bang for the buck then any piece of equipment I have ever purchased.  They provide you with a very thorough Work Book and Operations Manual full of systems and procedures to run your business.

Make you own luck,

Tucson, AZ.  It was the next time slot available and no Jon-Don's within 1000 miles of me so I had to get on a plane no matter what to attend so I found myself in Philly!

Make you own luck,
