Carl

Went by and looked at big building.. they have about 15,000 SF of granite floors some polished most area rough surface.. they had another company in to do test spot.. they sprayed and use sometype of scrubber and rinsed with spinner. the area looked good. I told him I could do the same thing with my spinner. they still want to get a price on the area...

1/2 is ground level the other section is on next floor.. in open atrium area. I was going to give a price of .95 per SF and if I did not get it OH WELL... they also have 28 plus floors of bathrooms that they wanted cleaned also.. I told the guy I did not have high pressure portable adn that was what was neeeded for hat.

is .95 for SF for tile or granite too low..

thanks

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but to clean a stone floor w/ an alkaline cleaner and rinse w/ a spinner of that size... .95 is WAY TO HIGH!! That's $14,250.00. What you should do is figure out how long it will take you production wise, and charage what you need to make an hour. Example, we clean a 2,000 sq/ft slate floor in a restaraunt. We charge $700.00. It takes 2 guys w/ a swing machine and a turbo 3 hrs. The hose run is 150 ft, first floor and they move everything prior to the cleaning. Hope this helps.
