Commercial Stair Cleaning

For the guys who encap numerous commercial stairs, what equipment would you recommend? I looked at a movie theater w/ stadium seating and they had "80" stairs per theater! THAT'S ALOT OF STAIRS....I know time is money..so what's the best way to accomplish this???

I use 2 systems, 1) Makita with fiber plus pad and or tuways pad to follow 2)Oreck Orbiter with glad pad

What is a glad pad & where do I get them?? Also, are you using the commercial or residential version of the orbitor??

always use the commercial version, better sized motor and power ratio. you can use a 13" bonnet or fiberease pad or pad, etc.
