Spilled Encap DS down leg and into shoe question

September 26 2008 at 11:49 PM
Tony Guttieri

Hey Rick, this morning around 10:30 a gallon of Encap DS fell over undiluted and did what the message title says. I washed off my leg off (with a stair tool and about 400 PSI of water and even the outside of my shoe) but didn't pull off my shoe and wash my foot or rinse out my sock. (And in case this helps: I change my socks daily and no, my wife does not leave lots of wash residue when washing our whites) I was busy and not concerned. I got home late around 8:30 - 9:00 pm and took a shower. After getting out of the shower and drying off I noticed that the top of my foot feels like leather or a tighter skin feel, especially when I move it around. So at that time I am thinking: "My foot must still be encapped, I forgot about that". But it wasn't. It must have already dried to a crisp and then flaked, just like when we encap carpet, or I simply rinsed it off. The skin looks very smooth and shiny but when I move it with toe pointing up it looks like fine wrinkles. Kind of like those older folks with real clear skin and you can see the veins clearly. And when I point the foot back down the skin smooths out again. It doesn't burn or hurt or anything. In fact I totally forgot I spilled it this morning and continued doing three other jobs after. I looked at the MSDS for any serious possible effects and am not really worried. Should I be?

I know you are not a medical professional, and you could probably add this to your list of goofball goof ups. It actually is kind of funny. In fact it may really help those people on those infomercials sell clearer skin. You would just have to reformulate to stop the dreaded fine wrinkle syndrome.

By the way, I did this Job with the Orbot 19 inch fiber max pads and followed up with the cotton bonnets. The job came out like a champ: excluding the foot of course.

Amputate foot and burn the shoe.

I believe you are experience the effect of the alcohol contained in Releasit. Rubbing alcohol will dry your skin very quickly. If you lather your foot up with your favorite skin lotion a couple of times, you will be good as new.

My consulting bill will be in the mail to you. LOL!!

I believe Jay nailed it. At any rate, there are no hazardous ingredients in Releasit. So you don't have to worry that your foot will off, or you'll grow a third eye, or anything like that. Just make sure you post-vacuum real well.

Oh, and thanks a lot for ruining my retirement. Just when I was "this close" to inking a deal with the folks at Oil of Olay, you had to let my secret out of the bag. Dang it! Now I'll just have to go and discover another miracle cure for aging skin that can also be used for encapsulation.

Retirement fund

Bugger !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ricky Gee is right once more.

He told me several years ago that he may not always be right, but he is never wrong

I also wish that he had not mentioned his retirement plan.

Ever since purchasing Releasit, I have been applying it to my face after shaving each day.

The proof was in the pudding at Connections when so many claimed that I don't look as old as I tell them I am

The above statement is not a paid commercial for Releasit Encapsulation products, nor is it an endorsement for the system.

As product usage is not controlled outside the writers care, no clams shall be recognised due to this fact.

Ooroo,

Shorty.

I've seen the light, and changed my wicked ways.

LOL

That was awesome Shorty!

But beware.. Releasit may be keeping your supple skin smooth as a newborn babies behind, but it has also stunted your growth.

Well.......I'm not a doctor either, but I slept at a Holiday Inn last night

There is absolutely nothing wrong here.
While the foot is shiny, paint your toenails.
Then run around town in flip flops and ask people which foot looks better.
You'll be totally shocked by the rave reviews you will get on the shiny foot with painted nails vs. the dull one with bland nails.
In fact, you (and Rick), will most likely become very wealthy gentlemen for starting a new fashion statement that will sweep the world.
I believe that when I check out of the Holiday Inn, I am headed straight to the first Releasit DS shop I can find so I may douse my foot in this new fad; I think pink would compliment the shine nicely and it's a bit less bright than red.
Thank you so much for starting, and sharing, this new fashion trend with us, and enjoy your forthcoming riches!
