1. where can I find heavy duty velcro, like the type found on the bottom of the challenger. Can't seem to find it any hardware stores.

2. For those of you who use the steamin demon, has anyone tried using the "flat" type hose for either the water source or the discharge. I'd love to be able to use the as they are so much lighter to carry around and pack up, would just have to find one that is heavy duty enough, anyone out there try it?

Two solutions to your SD problem

nylon mesh bag, it will carry those hoses easily

A small cart will carry the SD and all the hoses you need.
I would put the hoses in mesh bags and in a bunt.

Lastly you can use hose reels for them. I have used all of these but hose reels only due to storage issues but that may be changing for long hose runs so I have one continues line it will also make it easier to hook up to propane
