BTW, that video was shot at the end of the show as we were breaking down the booth.
That's why it appeared rushed, and everything was kind of a mess in the background.

Rick nice quick demo...next time have them give you a couple of minutes so you can share about your cleaning agents and machine. (I just attached that vid to an email I sent to a custy......to inform about low moisture)
Rick my favorite juice of choice is Reteasit DS....it is pretty hard to beat it and I use in 98% of low moisture cleaning with fantastic results. I will not end up a saint by any strectch but I have pulled off a miricle or two on some trashed out carpets using R-DS.
Rick question for you......why dont you mix cases? I placed an order yesterday (for pads) and was informed about Hydrox....I did nt really want to buy a case of it (4 gal) just to try it.....if I could have purchased 3 gallons of R-DS and a gallon of Hydrox I would have liked to have tried it. (your reg spotter is very good and I like it) Or as i said 98% of what I use is R-DS and to buy a case of Punch it would only sit for a long period of time (the Punch).....so if buying a case of DS and having a gallon of Punch or Hydrox (mixed in the case) would be better for someone like me who is solo.... WOW!!! Lowest Cimex prices in the USA. If you had the highest Cimex prices, I would tell everyone to buy from you. Nobody beats your service and your staff is very knowlegeable which is hard to find.

It was a pleasure to meet you at Connections Rick, you had a very busy booth. I had a chance to chat with quite a few cleaners, all curious about this "Encapsulation" stuff...Hope they took my advice and visited your booth!

I did meet a few fellows who scoffed at the whole encap process...oh well they'll learn some day!

You're right we were swamped at our booth most of the time. I think maybe Drew and I should have cloned ourselves. It was a great show and a lot of fun.
