I called with some detailed questions about the sprayers you sell, and Beth was great! She did all the reserch and called me back with very detailed awnsers, spent alot of time with me. VERY nice lady, she deserves a pat on the back! You got good people working for you Rick.

We feel very fortunate to have such a terrific crew. I have hand picked our team. We have a group of talented people that we are very proud to have working for us. It's a FUN family mix that works extremely well together!

OKAY here's a "shout out" to our staff...

Beth: She's an awesome manager. She knows how to keep all the balls up in the air. She is on top of everything at our office. And her people skills are phenomenal too. She is great with our customers and I've heard replies like the one above more times than I can recall. We are happy to have her!

Drew: He is new to our business. Drew is a young man with a ton of positive energy (almost too much sometimes). Drew has a strong background in sales. He came to us from Expo Design Center - a high end extension of the Home Depot brand. He was a top producer for them. Drew has an amazing aptitude and has picked up the details to our products like lightning. He's a very helpful guy with a genuineness that everyone loves.

Brenda: She's a hard worker. If we give her a task to do, consider it done. And she seldom ever makes a mistake. Brenda heads up our shipping. And she has a way of making everyone in the office smile. She's a breath of fresh air!

Jo: Yeah that's a girl's name too. Jo is on top of the numbers. She keeps us on track with our accounting and how our business is performing. She's the glue that holds it all together. I don't know what we'd do without her. Plus she's got a great sense of humor!

Mike: Mike is our warehouse and delivery guy. He stocks our inventory and runs the forklift. You'll never speak to Mike on the phones since he's behind the scenes. But without his help the shelves would not be filled to the brim.

Ryan: Ryan is a super nice guy! He works for us in our old carpet cleaning business, Kleenstep. Ryan's been with us for a few years now. A very capable tech.

Nancy: Ah my dear wife Nancy. Her primary job is to keep me in line --- which is no easy task! In addition to that enormous task, she also works closely with Jo on the books. Nancy knows this business from the ground up, since she has worked at my side in our cleaning business for the 22 years we've been together. She knows how to answer any technical question and she's involved with day to day business decisions. She's an awesome woman and I'm incredibly fortunate to have her for my wife

You're being reflected through your terrific crew.

When you say terrific you pick the right word. To me its like dealing with family, ya know what i mean?

Sometimes I forget to ask a certain thing on the phone 5 different times. So I end up calling back 5 times in 15 minutes. But guess what, Beth ties Patience as a sign around her hands and wear understanding as a frontlet band between her eyes. Not hard at all to be loyal to a team like that.
