Hey Rick, I see on the sales letter what appears to be strokes like html code.

Can one set up the data, then import the letter into software so the letter generates custom letters?

Or do we need to input, one by one, the data onto every letter?

I am tired...my question may not make sense. At least to no one but me.

I believe this is what you're referring to...

Dear [[First Name]],


Those marks are placeholders for the appropriate information to be added to the heading of the letter.

Could you fill these fields automatically via software? Certainly. Simply set up a "Mail Merge" within MS Word (check Word's help menu for details on using Mail Merge).

There are also third party database programs that can be set up for doing a Mail Merge to a Word document, such as Act Software. But the Mail Merge feature in Word is pretty good. Or you can continue to enter the data manually, one at a time.
