Rick, there is some chat on another board about the new MF pads and their function under a Vento.

It is reported these pads will NOT spin....they just sit there.

We, on that board, are not sure if the issue is the Vento or the pads.

Do you have the ability to test and confirm either way? I run a vento bought from you and am close to buying some new pads. I'd hate for them not to work...of course.

Further, the report does mention that when another machine was used, these pads did very well.

Yes. The microfiber bonnets are giving us some trouble with the velcro that is under the HOS/Hruby machines. The bonnets work perfectly under a traditional style pad driver, like you'd find on a rotary machine.

The microfiber material in these bonnets is a uniquely sturdy design. However it's yarn surface doesn't have the texture to be gripped by certain types of velcro that utilize a small hook.

We are actively searching for a work-around to find a way to grip these bonnets to the HOS drivers. Two things we're looking at: A velcro plate to mesh between the bonnet and the HOS driver, or possibly reconstructing the bonnets with a felt backing that will stick to velcro like Hruby is using on their machines.

These bonnets are built exceptionally well, but we understand that some drivers are presenting a problem. I apologize to anyone who is having trouble with these bonnets on an HOS machine. If they are not working on your particular machine, we'll be happy to work with you and provide a refund.

We are using Microfiber bonnets from another source, but was wanting to try what you have

Yes, the velcro on their OP machines will not lock tightly to these bonnets.
