Rick-
Used Releasit DS today on OLD berber in a group home last cleaned with rental unit 2 years ago. Needless to say it was a mess filthy and stained. OP with micro fibre pads from another vender I had on hand, used bucket heater to maintain optimal hot water for pads. UNfreakinbelievable, many compliments from staff, Nice Going!

Great ideas there. Do you reuse the pad on the job site, or do you just use it till dirty and replace with a fresh pad?

How have microfibers compared to other pads you've used?

I know that microfiber certainly cleans up easier than any other pad.

I OP trashed apartments using Glad pads and Releasit DS.......I get good results. I have posted before....even the carpet just inside the doorway where the "ice melt" darkens the carpets is no problem.

I did 800 SF with 2 pads, kept wringing them out in extreme hot water, I use the microfibre mainly on CGD the blue stripes are good scrubbers. I like the fact that they don't fray, clean up well, look impressive to the customer and hold alot of dirt.

Glad to hear that you like the Encap-Clean DS and Microfiber combination. It is a masterful way to unload the dirt from a carpet in low moisture mode. Keep up the good work!

Ice melt ... What's that?

Glad I don't have to deal with ice melt. Down here in south Texas where everything is big and we all ride horses to work, all we have to deal with is a lot of manure getting tracked in from the pasture. Cleans up great though with Releasit.
