Water marks from flood

So I cleaned some CGD where they had a flood 3 months ago.
I have no idea how the flood was cleaned up. It was rain water and left a huge dark mark on the carpet.

I cleaned it with Cimex and DS and it looked great for about 1 week. Now the dark mark is only 50% gone.

I was considering HWE with Browning Treatment from Chemspec.

Any thoughts?

Did you use normal dilution rate? If so mix and follow instructions regarding reoccurring stains.

That's one of the many things it's intended for!

It'll kick those water-marks to smithereens.

I always wondered how to spell smithereens. It's going to be a great day now that I know this.
