microfiber pads for cimex?

When are they going to make the micro fiber pads for the cimex. My cotton ones get dirty fast. Also who is using their cimex on residential work. I am using on single level homes only because it to heavy to lift up stairs. I love how it cleans but some times i follow with my spotting machine in really dirty areas. Heavy soil. Works great.

Would work even better if you used it a as pre-scrub and than followed with a HWE on residential

Have you been happy with the results padding with the cimex, are you scrubing first then padding? Correct me if im wrong but you dont have to worry about tip bloming with the cimex right? Im reading about tip bloming alot lattey and thats one main reason i was looking into the cimex for encaping and padding.
