Its been posted here many times and I'm sure it will be many more. Rick G. and his team provide strong customer service, support,and are genuine good people. I had an incident (unimportant what it was) I called just to report it so Rick would be aware of the problem, I told them I wasn't looking for anything from them just that there was a problem they should be aware of, they responded not only replacing the item but above and beyond once again. Thanks Drew, Rick, & Beth.
