I posted awhile back about an opportunity to land some very large commercial buildings, thru a property management company. Well I did the demo for them today..

The challenge was 3 large stains that had been there for 3 years no other carpet cleaner could remove them.

I used release it ds, (used the Rick G spill stain method)scrubbed the heck out of them, followed with a mist of DS mixed 50/50, and glad padded.

The results were GREAT, the guy couldn't believe it. I then went ahead and cleaned a square in the main entrance (the stains I already cleaned were in side the square) The contrast between the cleaned square and the uncleaned carpet was very great, it looked like two different carpets. Inside the square it was a light blue color, out side the square it was a dull grey. The guy watched me the whole time and kept saying how impressed he was.

I'm a HAPPY camper!!!!

Each building go's out for bid separately, so the guy said he would call me to bid on each building as it becomes available. He also said he would include his personal recommendation on my bid sheet and send it to the main office across the state where the decisions are made.

I've noticed that George B does that with his HOS, i believe he has one of his company's logo sticker right where the HOS logo is at on the bottom.

Something i should be doing with the challenger.
