| HI EVERYONE. RICH HERE. I'M FROM NEW YORK AND I JUST WANTED TO SAY HELLO TO ALL OF YOU. I'VE BEEN IN THE CARPET, RUG AND FABRIC CLEANING INDUSTRY FOR GOING ON 30 YEARS NOW AND IT'S SO NICE TO SEE A FORUM LIKE THIS ONE.
ANYWAY, I TRIED RICK'S RELEASIT SOME TIME AGO AND WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE RESULTS. I NEVER ORDERED ANY BECAUSE I HAD A VERY BAD SLIP AND FALL ACCIDENT AT A CUSTOMERS PROPERTY AND BROKE MY WRIST COMPLETELY AND STILL SUFFER WITH R.S.D. AND NERVE DAMAGE, HENCE, I WAS OUT OF THE BUSINESS FOR A GOOD SPELL. BUT I'M BACK NOW AND LOOK FOWARD TO BECOMING A USER OF RELEASIT AND THIS FORUM. SO, THAT'S MY STORY AND I'M STICKING TO IT. |

| Sorry Shorty........ | November 15 2008, 6:30 AM |
......But there is a reason I type with ALL CAPS.....It's because of the R.S.D. and nerve damage in my left hand. I can not turn my wrist all the way, so it's difficult to hit the "shift" button, plus I type with one hand now, so using lower case is just another pain in the..............wrist.
But I'll do my best. I know looking at all CAPS is an eye strain. I hate it myself.
But thank you for the welcome shorty. Salute!
(you have no idea how many mistakes i made typing this) |

No Kidding!? Yeah, I've done some work up in Hyde Park, but not too much. When I'm cleaning the typical "Harry Homeowner" stuff, I'm mostly in Southern Dutchess, Putnam, Northern Westchester. Oh.... and a lot in Millbrook.
But 80% of my work is Insurance Claim work...puff backs, smoke, fire, water damage restoration and for that, I cover 9 Counties, but have gone as far north as Boston and south to Baltimore. Binghamton too. But all these far away places have to be real big jobs, otherwise I wouldn't travel that far if ya know what I mean. As for commercial jobs?....None really anymore. I used to do a lot of N.Y.C. work back in the late 80s and early 90s.....Southerbys, Harry Winston, N.B.J. and so on. Typical commercial work. But that was when I ran my business out of New Rochelle, where I'm originaly from.
Anyway, we'll have to hook up some time then....Shoot the breeze over a cup of coffee.

Sump pumps, eh. Well, with all the rain we had here last night, that doesn't surprise me. Especially in places like Yonkers, Mamaronck, Rye.....They get flooded a lot down there. Too bad for me, the vast majority of the water loss' are not insured, so the home owners end up trying to do the work themselves rather than pay someone like me.....and then 2 months later, they're paying through the nose for mold remediation. Go figure??
But I have your cell # writen down Rich, so I'll give you a ring. |
