apartments and pets

Presently working on getting an apartment complex that allows pets. Using the Cimex with Punch and DS should take care of any soil problems. However, what compatible product can I use to treat urine stains? I realize that heavy urine contamination may require replacing pad and carpet, and HWE might be best for small amounts, but for what they are willing to spend I need to use only the Cimex. Any ideas?

Would spraying on Odorcide or an enzyme, digestant type product counteract the encapsulation process? Or should it be sprayed on prior to cimexing?

Rick posted a while back thatb Odorcide would work with his products. I used it today house had doberman and 3 tacobells made a huge difference. As far as stains go you can use 30-40 volume peroxide or Ricks new cleaner if you use the 30-40 volume have a written consent on file just to cover your behind. Might want to also invest in a waterclaw. Also syringe set up that fits a gallon jug.
