Pricing

In this economcial envirment we have been second guessing ourselves about pricing.Should we change our cutoffs.1-1000sf
one price maybe 15 cents? 1000-5000sf 10cents 5000-up 8 cents.
We are basing this new business.Our cold calls and the appointments they get us.Any thoughts?

The answer seems to me that it would be based mostly on one factor. Are you seeing a substantial drop in your closing percentage?

Not sure where you are located but that is cheap work. I could sub out at those prices and make the same money. Don't worry about price until you do a demo and sell yourself. You can always go down, not up.
