Covering all angles

Rick (and please, anyone else),

I just got my Kleenrite Pilelifter and it sure is a sleek looking machine, not to mention powerful. I can't wait till the SPORG comes in. Although I'll be focusing on commercial I want to capture any/all business that comes my way.

Some concerns as I put this business together:

1. SprayBorg-using this machine, what would be a "surefire" way to eliminate vaporizing?

2. Cleaning process: I read that we can use DS and then pad w/Punch. What pads do I use w/residential? What about commercial? I'll use the fiber plus pads to scrub the DS in and then go over w/the Tuways?

3. What would you recommend for High End residential? I know you are 100% commercial but I need any/all business that comes my way here. My biggest concern is getting clean carpet and not risk ANY possibility of a client having an adverse reaction to the surfactants.

Thanks,

James

For concern #2 I would pre-spray with Punch and scrub IT in. Then come back with the DS and fiberplus max pad. Prevent wicking. I'm not rick but I thought I'd offer you 1 cent.

You stated:

I remember those were my exact words just a couple of years ago. But I'm here to tell you that you can't go wrong with the releaseit line of products. Wil not harm any customer's carpet. Its cool cause you just learn from the cleaning agents as you go. Totally safe stuff and extremely effective.

So just start booking jobs and let it work for you.

Thanks

1) Use a 6506 spray tip. We have 6506 spray tips in stock for the SprayBorg. This will avoid atomizing the spray into fine droplets.

2) Keep it simple For straight encap - use the FiberPlus pads and Encap-Clean DS. For OP cleaning - use Encap-Punch with the Tuway bonnets.

3) Use Tuway pads and Encap-Punch. You may also want to have some cotton pads on hand (with gliders) for dirty residential OP cleaning.

And keep in mind that the Orbot/SprayBorg is a rockin way to apply your Encap-Punch pre-spray prior to HWE cleaning. you can throw a Tuway pad onto the Orbot and quickly spray the carpet prior to HWE cleaning. You will have a huge benefit of having terrific agitation as you're putting down your pre-spray.

Enjoy your new machine!
