I LOOOOVE Commercial!

Just cimex'd a job by myself - a commercial office - got there at 10:30 am and finished at 12:30 pm right after lunch...they had moved all the chairs and pre-vacced for me, took me exactly 2 hrs including set-up and breakdown - bill came out to $437...thats $219 per hour!!!! Man, if I can only totally break away from residential and just do commercial jobs like this, i'd be all set.

The BEST thing is that they were FLOORED (no pun intended) when they saw how good it came out. There is no better satisfaction to me at least, than seeing a big smile on the client's face and when they tell me the carpet looks like it was just installed.

AND, one of the supervisors asked me for a card - i'll be cleaning his house next week!

Sorry,i'm not boasting, just excited to provide an exceptional job AND to make good money in the process even in this economy...thanks to Rick and his excellent products, and of course, the 'mex!

If I had my way, the only houses that I would ever clean again would be my mother and m-i-l.

I so love commercial and if it wasn't for all the commercial we do we would have been out of business.

Go commercial!!!!!!

Re commercial work

Hi Joe

I am over in the UK and have recently purchased a cimex for encap commercial work, can you tell me for most low profile carpet in office environments, do you use the pads or the shampoo brushes to clean?

Thanks Paul

Pads all the way! I use the grey aggressive pads vs. the white ones. They clean a lot better....as for brushes, I tried them for a few jobs and am convinced that the pads clean a lot better....also, the brushes can be noisy.
