Please Help - cimex problem - advise how to fix

November 22 2008 at 9:51 PM
Paul

Hi there

I recently purchased a used cimex cyclone 48 to use with the encap system.

I filled the tank today for the first time but the solution is not getting to the 3 nozzles at the centre of each rotating brush, instead the liquid is coming out and running down the top of the large base rotating disc - is there a quick fix to remedy for this problem? I have several jobs lined up, so any help on how to unblock the solution hose would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Paul

Many thanks Rick your a star!

Rick as you know I'm over in the UK, you mentioned you could supply your releasit encapsulation product to me, can you give me an idea of costs involved including shipping.

Many thanks

Paul

Shipping across the pond is expensive. In fact, any international shipment is expensive. The most cost-effective way to get products to you is on a pallet via ocean. A pallet can hold 36 cases of product. So from a cost standpoint, the cheapest way to accommodate shipping would be to order a full pallet (of course it could be a mixed pallet). We will be happy to provide you smaller quantities as well, however there won't be as great of a savings on shipping. Perhaps you can split a pallet of products with a friendly competitor in your area, so that you could both benefit from the savings. Beth at our office is the person that handles international shipments. Get in touch with her and she can work the numbers for you to try to get you the best deal possible beth@excellent-supply.com

I look forward to working with you happy.gif

If it was me I would get with other cleaners and combine cost to get a pallet, nice time to network with other cleaners or run an ad and ship to others in the area priced right you could have free chems.

Maybe a small UK distributor in the making????

Like as mentioned if you worked it right you could cover your costs and/or make a few bucks, and help rick in his peaceful quest of world "encapsuldomination".

Make you own luck,
