MicroFiber Monarchs Came Apart

My "new" microfiber pad is useless, tore apart in the middle where the stitches come together in the small circle. The microfiber will no longer stay on my pad driver, just like how 100 percent cottons tend to bunch up under the driver.

I've used this pad maybe on 10 jobs, tend to use glads more depending on what i need to do. The stiching in the middle of the pad came off on both sides, so now the pad will no longer stay to my pad driver, it actually just falls out completely, very frustrating. There are 2 holes on both sides of the pad where the stichings are.

your thoughts?

Do what Rick suggested
Call the people you purchased any product from
when something happens 99% of the time they have the best
fix for your situation.

What OP machine do you have?
Things like that usually happen when the pad consistently stays to dry, also rotary machines will hammer pads after a bit especially if the pad gets to dry or no glider

Gliders go between the carpet and the OP pad, normally there is a selection of 3 thickness's basically provides a less aggressive agiation for delicate carpets and reduces possibility of tip bloom to the carpet and gives more machine control on hard to manuver carpet.

Gliders go on the front porch, and that is where you sit and sip iced tea and converse with your mate.

Monarch

I have a challenger, the monarchs are always wet, wetter than my glads when i use it. I have used them with and without gliders. They were working great, and i really liked them, just recently while i was cleaning the pad just right off the pad driver while i was cleaning, i was surprised.

Thank you Rick, I will give you guys a call tomorrow.

Sugar Gliders can be found in rainforests and woodlands. The Sugar Glider Possum can live in both warm and cold climates. It also lives near trees that give suitable food and shelter.

The Sugar Glider Possums love to eat fruit, insects, leaves and sap. They also eat wattle, eucalypts and blossoms. It collects its food at night.
