Does every one that cleans commercial accounts do buildings or store fronts?

What is more lucritive, buildings verses store fronts?

Are store fronts a good pick for the commercial arena?

Stores are a pain in the ---. We prefer office buildings.
A. They are larger
B. Less time restrictions
C. Pay better.
D. Properly handled, they are long term accounts
E. Easier to put on a contract basis

I do like the very large offices as they pay so well.

Even if it is only once a year with a traffic lane clean mid term.

I do the above on a Saturday, starting around 5:00am (for my sake) & usually finish about 1:00pm

This pays me around $1,700.00, depending on the job, but no less than $1,600.00 & some are just under $2,000.00

Having said that, I also do several shop fronts, ( I think these are what we call ordinary shops ?) that are a monthly deal.

They each work out at about $198.00 per hour, if I was there for an hour.

Each job takes about 35-40 minutes and is $132.00, this includes unload - job - load.

I usually do three of these in the one complex each time and am there for just on two hours, 5:30 - 7:30pm

Sometimes if I want to, I'll go in at 6:00pm - 8:00pm, this ensures that there are no workers still there to get in the way.
