I am a veteran and want to do business with the military veterans clubs. Does anyone do any and are they hard to pickup and do you charge the same being veterans places of meeting? I went in a few just to look around and the carpets are not very clean. Not just the bar areas but the office areas are pretty dirty or is it maybe I see more because I clean carpets I see more? I was wondering if they even see the cleaning as a necessity.

I know someone that cleaned for a VFW hall once (in his case it was VCT floor care and janitorial). Their pay was very low and the place was filthier than dirt. Take that for what it's worth. But I think you could easily find more desirable work out there.

I have one I clean. This particular one is a good account, but only because the man in charge of the place has common sense and isn't a drunk. There is another one across town that is the polar opposite.

They're no different than any other account in the fact that they come in good or bad, depending ...

One thing they all have in common is this:

I never clean one for free.
