As you may know I'm based over in the UK

I have a set of pad holders for my cimex R48 and have been looking for a supplier for the pads for carpet cleaning, over here I can only buy one type of pad (a white coloured pad) the price for which is about £60.00 ($88 US dollars) for a box of 15!!! does that strike you guys as a little expensive??

Can anyone recommend a good pad for commercial carpet cleaning? it seems the US has a much wider selection than the UK and as usual we have to pay more than double for everything.

Is there anyone willing to post us some over from the USA or Australia?? I figure they can't weigh that much, can anyone help??

P.S. How long do you guys expect one set of pads to last for?

Our FiberPlus pads have a special binder material that enables them to hold up well to carpet cleaning. They usually last between 7,000 to 10,000 square feet per installation of pads. Thus a case of 15 pads will normally get you somewhere between 35,000 - 50,000 sq ft. We sell a case of 15 FP pads for $30. So I'm thinking we could mail them to you across the pond for less than you're paying for them over there. Let us know if you'd like us to look into that for you.

P.S. I'm still strugling to find a decent encap solution, have just tried 'Prochem procaps' but its not what I thought it would be. I would love to purchase your releasit product but I couldn't justify buying a pallet load just yet.

Have you ever approached any of the UK carpet cleaning chemical distributors with your products? If you wanted some company names and contacts I could get you the details of some of the bigger companies, maybe you could pursuade them to stock your product - solving my problem!!
