Jeff, We are planning to add some product information videos to ExcellentSupply.com and Releasit.com. I actually purchased some lighting equipment, a video camera, and a backdrop - now I just need to find the time to get into it (to put that in perspective, I've been wanting to address this website for a couple of years now). But it will eventually happen.
Joe, I use a few different image editing programs. And for web design I primarily work with Rapidweaver, Kopmpozer, and Dreamweaver. This site design was mostly done with Rapidweaver.
Ray, we are definitely holding our prices steady. Even though the new site may look a little cleaner than the old site, nothing else has changed. We're as committed as ever to deliver cost effective products that can clean commercial carpets as profitably as possible. We just wanted to get the site looking a little bit tighter.
