become a member of commercial trade organizations, such as BSCAI (building service contractors association international) or others? and how has it worked for you?

I'm looking to join trade organisations that ONLY pertain to commercial services.

and, #2) has anyone done any work for CBRE Richard Ellis? They manage so many buildings it's not even funny. How do I get in to a company such as CBRE?

Joe- I was a memeber of BNI and received both residential and commercial leads. Perhaps another BNI chapter they allow you to sit in Free for a couple meetings. Normally during the "ask" part of the 60 second commercial of the meeting I would ask for particular commercial leads or contacts.

No but I think it is a great Idea!!!!!

BSCAI caters to the big dogs, it may or may not help, my initial feelers to that group is they are very tight lipped,will not refer you for fear you might try to steal accounts. IF you want to go this route contact the people you would like to work with direct. Just my view of things
