Wheely Big Wheels

December 10 2008, 3:53 PM

Manufacturer = Fallshaw

Material = Nylon

Size = 12+1/2" X 2+1/4"

Pump-up/pneumatic tyres/tires wink.gif

Inner axle tube is slightly smaller than Cimex axle, so the plastic must be drilled out slightly oversize to fit straight onto the Cimex axle.

Do not inflate fully as this makes the tires hard and they will not roll over steps easily.

Deflate a bit to allow them to flex as you go over steps and also rough ground.

Just like driving a four wheel drive in sand, let the air out to give more surface area to the tires.

Hope this helps.

Ooroo,

Shorty.

I have looked at Fallshaw's web site and do not see those particular wheels listed.

I know you are down under.  Does the store that you bought yours at have a website that I can order through?

I check them out this week and get back to you.

Probably a lot easier to get some from a store that supplies wheel chairs for the disabled, or a sports store for golf buggy wheels. wink.gif
