I had an awesome experience! I had a small problem with my sprayer. Couldn't figure it out. So I called the manufacturer of the electric sprayer. Sal, The Manufacture of the PENQUIN SPRAYER that Rick sales, kindly arranged to have me send it to him at no charge to me.

Stephanie, the customer service rep. is Excellent, knows how to deal genuinely with her customers. Made me feel like I'm part of the Masterclean family.

I sent it to Masterclean products and recieved it back in 7 days, 3 days up and 3 days back . NOW THATS WHAT I CALL EXELLNT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They truly stand behind their warranty with the quickness!

My sprayer is in tip top condition works better than before.
These folks went above & beyond the call of duty. They upgraded my entire chasis added a led light (prevent battery rundown) pump is strong as ever.

I LIKE MOST ABOUT MY PENQUIN:

1. Its a time saver. I spray 100 feet without ever moving the unit the spray tip will cover 3ft. per spray. (if you know what i mean)
2. The uphostery nipple, its excellent. Your in control of where the juice go's.
3. It looks professional. I had one customer tell me: "WOW! You really do posses quality"! As he circles around my Penquin.

Its nice to be shown that I'm a valued customer.
