Clumps in DS

We were clening about 4500 sg ft last night and as I got down to the last third of a gallon jug of DS, it had some clumps in it as I poured it in to the measuring cup. Never seen that before.
Keep I mind last night it was 1 degree with a wind chill of -17. (left the shorts at home last night) I don't know if that is what happens as it starts to get to cold.
I was using our cargo trailer last night a did have a little buddy heater in it, even with that you could see your breath in the trailer.
Has anyone else seen this?

Also what have you found to be a goood way to keep your product and equipment warm when on jobs for 5 or 6 hours?

Thanks for any help.

Thanks

Keep the van running since I have a van

Propane Buddy or what ever heater you use at night

This happens sometimes in cold temps. The polymer can congeal and it may get a little gloppy as the temperature drops. On account of this condition, we added the instructions to SHAKE before using. If you can get into the habit of giving the detergent a good shaking every time you use it, it will help to keep the detergent flowing freely (especially in winter months).

BTW there's no need for concern. The detergent will work just as well either way. It's simply easier to work with if you can keep it from congealing.

Got the trailer pulled in the shop and warmed up - no more clumps - must of just been getting to cold.

Thanks for the responses
