Water Quality

December 16 2008 at 2:22 PM
Ken

A lot of us carpet cleaners buy chemicals that are manufactured all over Canada and the US.

These gallons and pails of cleaning solutions do contain a high % of water.

How much of a role does the quality of the water at the manufacturing facility play in the effectiveness of our cleaning solutions?

What do you think?

Thanks
Ken

I thought about that too.  I thought about cleaning with Coors since it is brewed with Pure, Fresh Rocky Mountain Spring Water.  But it never makes it all the way to the Cimex before it is consumed.

My water here is pretty hard so it is MOST likely better then my water here.

pH levels ??

I believe that would all be taken into consideration when the brew is mixed.

I would imagine that it would have to perform to a certain pH level before it could be packed.

Just my AU2.64cents.

It comes down to some manufacturer care some don't.
I know of a few who take steps to make sure the water is the best it can be and also put softeners in the water to ensure a better cleaning agent.

Most of the time the smaller manufacturers are more diligent about producing a quality product all the time, they also spend more time in R&D and will not RELEASE a anything until said product has been field tested for quite sometime
