Wool rugs

Just curious how you guys are pricing your wool rug cleaning. I am in the process of cleaning 3 that were handmade in Iran. I am not sure that I charge enough after all the vac, dye locking, cleaning and speed drying. I have finished 2 and have 1 more to go.

We charge a minimum of $2.75 a square foot with free pickup and delivery. More if there is urine involved. However, if they bring them into our shop then we give them 25% off or $2.00 a square foot.
