Kevin, i was looking at your rug plant setup by your webcam...what is the measurement just for the rug cleaning area that you guys have? I'm looking around for places locally and trying to see which sizes i would need. Both length, width, and height to be used for drying towers, etc.

Most ceilings height i've seen are around 14-16', is that enough to start off with?

Thanks,

Bill

Bill,

The shop that you can see on the webcam is 1500 sf. 30 x 50. 300 sf of that is two offices and a bathroom which you can not see on the webcam. The rest of the 1200 sf is rug cleaning / fan storage / chemical storage / dehumidifier storage, etc. The building only has 10 foot eaves and goes up to about 12 feet at the peak. So the green supports you see holding up the drying tower are 10 feet tall. They are the ends of a warehouse shelving system. I then went and bought some metal to connect it all together with and hang the pulleys from. The pit is a heavy duty plastic laid into a square made of PVC. That whole thing sits on a deck made of 2 x 12 with 2 x 4 supports under it. It is 3" higher on one corner than the opposite corner where the pump sits. Then the water comes in on the opposite side of the pump so that it flows like a river. I have a water hose connected to a piece of pvc with holes every 6 inches in the pvc. That way the water flows out one entire side of the pit not just out of one hose.

I hope this helps Bill and if you need further info. please feel free to ask. I am willing to help.
