Steamin Demon trouble

My Demon won't discharge water. How do you tell if it is the pump, float switch or something else? The filters are clean.

I know this sounds obvious, but make sure all valves are open

next since filters are clean tip the machine to the side is the pump out making the usual sound it makes or does it sound different?

I always start with the pump outs impeller if the pump out is still making noise like it wants to pump out.
