OK, if you clean a 24 hour restaraunt, what do you do with the tables/chairs? move them to one side, clean, then back on the encapped side and clean the rest? Thanks in advance for any help.

I always base my decision on 2 things first whats safe ( as far as risk of slips and falls) then i flow with what management deems are the most important areas to be clean.

When we've cleaned restaurants (I shudder to think of it), we normally put the chairs on top of the tables. Then we carefully slide the tables a couple of feet off their positions to clean underneath them. Restaurants are a royal pain in the butt, there are easier ways to make money IMHO.

in a 24 hour place, first off clean it during the slow time

last morning or late afternoon. Have one of their workers move chairs and tables for you, or go around them.

Worker stays with you and do as Rick described.
