I lost ............

........... by .05 per sq.ft. (170,000 sq.ft.)It also had 3000 small chairs. That would have held me for awile. Can't win'em all can we? A one year contract cleaned twice per year. (weeping)

In our neck of the woods that job would have went for .05 cents a sq ft or possibly less.

I would have bid the job at .055 per square foot here in the Atlanta area. and divided it into 11 equel payments with a twice a year or even a once a year contract. $850 or $1700 a month check comming every month. 1st check due when job complete. Chairs bid seperately, $2 or $3 each done 1/12th of them each month or $750 a month for the next 12 months, if agreed by both parties. It all boils down to, how buzy are you and how bad do you want it, IMHO

You should have bid that job over on ICS and you would have got it. Nobody over there would have touched it for less than 50 cents a s.f.
