A month ago, I developed bad toothache.

Went and saw the dentist and he put me on a double length dose or two different types of anti biotics.

They lasted three weeks and now that the swelling and pain has gone, I have a residual 'lump' on the bottom jaw (not noticable by looking) just under and slightly behind the offending tooth.

I HAVE AN ENCAPSULATED ABSESS!!

Just do what I do put the cash in your front pockets and put the wallet in the glove box, this also give the wife a reason to be fishing in your pockets
