Hi, I'm relatively new to the world of vlm cleaning.
I've got a Cimex.
I live in Cairns & do commercial work.

I'm thinking of maybe doing some residential & I have been told that I need an oscillator machine or a rotary.

What would you experienced people use.

There's a fella named Shorty in Cairns that you will have to talk to. He is knowledgeable and helpful! If Cairns is large enough for 2 commercial cleaners, then the Cimex is the way to go, and Shorty is the top dog in Cairns. You live in a beautiful part of the world. I wish you the best as you endeavor to build up your commercial business Down Under.

I don't have a Cimex, so I can't say if you can clean residential with it, or not. However, I do have an OP machine which I use to encap. clean commercial, as well as a GLS that I use for the same. If I were you, I would try my best to concentrate on commercial work as that is the most dependable work you can get and it's a shoe in for encapsulation cleaning.

Let the residential come as it may, and try that Cimex on it as it comes. If it works, great! If not, no big deal ... you'll have those steady commercial contracts to feed your family on.
