You're certainly welcome Dave. It was a lot of fun for me. I LOVE talking commercial! I guess the stuff's in my blood. I hope that some of the ideas discussed will be helpful to the fellas who were there. Thanks again for inviting me to be a guest presenter. And if you'd like to have me on again at some point in time, I'll be happy to do so - it was fun happy.gif

You can bet we will be asking you again. When we get the second group out of the gates and running. You are a wealth of knowledge and I still can't believe how much time you spent with everyone. I thought you would quit after an hour.

I just wanted to thank Rick and Dave as well. Very informative, that time sure did fly by. I also got a chance to look more closely at my CMS marketing CD and look forward to putting it to use again. I do have a commercial client that is known worldwide that I've been cleaning basically under the perpetual clean option for the past 4 years. They have downsized in the past year from over 100,000 sq ft to about 70,000 sq ft. I can't wait to find another like that one. Anyways, just wanted to thank both of you again.
