I am about 90% residentail that I HWE w/ truckmount. I am going to expand/increase my commercial cleaning and plan on encapping them.
Keep in mind that I do occassionally post bonnet & pre aggitate when needed, so I was thinking the HOS might bet a better fit.
My question is which machine is recommended and why? The Pros & cons of both.

Both are good. In fact they're great! But for what you're describing, it sounds like you'd be happiest with an Orbot. The Cimex has the upper hand when it comes to serious commercial carpet care. However it sounds like you're looking for a machine that crosses the line into some residential too, and the Orbot fits that bill nicely. And since you want to do some post-bonneting too, the Orbot is the machine to consider. Why not give us a call and we can spend some time answering your questions. It's probably a matter of priorities. Business is important, but not 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Gotta reserve time for the more important things.

If others want to spend more time on business, that's their choice and no one should criticize that either.

I am really starting to like my pilemaster/vento combo on small commercial jobs. I still use the cimex for larger jobs, but I can't think of anything that makes cutpile style commercial carpets look as great as a crb.
