Hey guys I'm still trying to figure out as much as I can before I jump into this business. I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to give me some information on pricing out jobs. How much do you usually charge for commercial per ft.? Does it depend on how big of an area? Do you charge more if the carpet is heavily soiled? What is the best way to go about getting them to sign a contract for regular maintenance? any information you can give will be greatly appreciated.
