Erik-
Good question all of us probably asked also when we started, I had visions of millions of crystals laying on the customers carpet.

The encapsulation crystals are micro size and you would need a microscope to see them. The next vacuuming performed will remove most then subsequent vacuumings will remove the rest.

I've attached a picture to better explain.

Full crystallization takes about 24 hours for the polymer to fully cure.Yet the carpet could be vacuumed sooner.

However, there's no need for YOU to provide the post-vacuuming. The carpet will look great right away. As the customer performs their normal routine of daily vacuuming, the encapsulated soil will continue to be extracted from the fiber.

The soil that was on the surface is no longer visible. So the carpet will look clean right away. And NO, you won't see the crystals in the carpet (they're microscopic).

Here's what the carpet will look like right away...

It really is that simple. Yes it is true. There's no need to believe it has to be harder than that happy.gif

I'm sure science can provide a better explanation, but it's tough to beat the picture. What Rick really needs to do is show 3 pictures. A before, a HWE, and a cimex with DS. On the type of carpet pictured above, the cimex with DS will outlean HWE 98% of the time. Better looking results right away, and it will stay clean longer. No further explanation required.
