question about quoting...

April 28 2009 at 2:43 PM

Joe DeSouza

I'm quoting a maintenance program for a call center, and my question is - How do you measure / quote these? Should I measure wall to wall and deduct, lets say 60% (or whatever)off of the total footage for all of the cubicles? or do you measure the actual exposed carpeting? there is A LOT of furniture in there!

Taking into consideration all the stationary furniture in there, what would an average per foot price be for encapping this?

Thanks!

Joe

I don't give a flip about square footage, I want to know, can you get it clean it, do you guarantee your work, are you insured and how much a month so I can put it in my budget.

I also would not care too much about sq ft.
How many hours each month
What time of night can I get into blding.
Call centres usually have tons of food spills, how will you deal with it
Lots to look at during your pre-inspection.
Will you need to pre vac etc.etc.
