| So we're expanding, that's alway good. Up til now we've been scheduling things the old fashioned way, the analog way. So my question is, when we move into an office and have someone scheduling for us is there a way to do that online or some type of program to use and have it update on our end at home automatically?
Basically I need to know what I should use to have the schedule at my finger tips no matter where I am.
Thoughts?

I schedule everything on microsoft entourage for mac, (a.k.a. microsoft outlook, for windows)...My wife, who does the scheduling will input it in; then I sync my blackberry storm with it first thing in the morning, so it will be updated. Been doing this for 5 yrs, using a palm PDA, the blackberry is 2 weeks old, works the same, but better!
so...while in the truck I can see what my next appointment is using the blackberry, and all the details. I can also tell the blackberry to take me there via the built in gps. I can also go online, check my email, and be updated to any changes to my schedule via text messages from my wife on this new blackberry. so, in short, git yourself a blackberry storm!
Hope that answers your question...

I need to start looking at this too. We are out growing outlook. We have two cleaning trucks, a water restoration truck, and a pickup. With four trucks going all directions it is really hard to keep it straight on outlook. I will look into service monster.
If one only have one truck then outlook is great.
Any other ideas for multi-truck guys would be great. Thanks.

The thing I like about service Monster is it is web based
If you have internet access you can always get at your scheduling, this means you can update your schedule from any where if you have internet.
An air card for my lap top to me was a better way to go then purchasing internet access for my Palm, I can also print out invoices on the spot which makes things look a lot neater for me when client adds additional services.
