Here are some pictures of a chinese restaurant that we cleaned. As you can see fromt he pictures it has not been cleaned for a long time. We used encap punch and encap ds and finished with bonnet pads on the cimex. My cimex was one of my best investments.

Great pics. I feel the same way about our Cimex. It has been a great money maker. I can't wait until I buy another one.

Great job- it amazes me how so many resturants let the floors get so bad. They must have been happy and surprised with the results.

Great job, At what point did you switch to the bonnet on the cimex. Was it just to blend the overall appearance? I have never bought the bonnets, didn't think I needed them. Are they a must in your opinion? Just got my cimex, still learning. One dental office so far. I love what I see so far. Thank You, Ron

Hey Ron, After I am done cleaning I always use the 8 inch bonnets I got from Rick to help pick up the soil on the carpet. It help get it extra clean. We used 3 sets of pads both sides. They pads where very dirty. My wife said we will never eat there and yes they didn't take care of their carpets. I am going to let him know we should put some protector down on the high traffic areas. I am going to clean all 4 of his place every 3 months.

I too am in love with my Cimex. I'm presently working on a building that has some nasty hallways. Everyone is amazed at how nice the carpet is coming out.

Isn't it fun to do a job that provides so much customer satisfaction?
