Excellent Service .... again

I just wanted to say thanks to Drew for going out of his way for me today. My employees informed me about 3:30 Central time today (4:30 in Florida) that we had no more pads for the Cimex. After a brief meeting to insure this will not happen again I called Drew in somewhat of a panic. He went out of his way to get me some pads for a large job we have Thursday morning. I know most on this board have experienced the great service you get from Rick and his whole crew but I thought it would be nice to make sure Drew gets a big THANK YOU. He really did not have to do what he did but I appreciate it.

Kevin, Have to agree with you, Being new to the cimex world, he has helped me alot. Did you know he is quite the mechanic too. Look forward to dealing with him in the future. Ron

Thanks Guys! Kevin as you are one of my favorites, I do have to say that I try to live up to the name of the company. We try to supply excellence from the products down to the service!
