waiver

I summitted a perpetual clean proposal to potential client. The serviceable carpeted area also includes a tenant's floor of the client. The clients biggest paying tenant. ( Tenant complains about anything) There is lots of meetings with coffee, juice, ect. frequently, although theres not a whole lot of coffee juice stains on the olefin carpet.

In the contract I stipulated that before I perform any advanced stain removing methods I need a waiver signed by the client.

My request from you gents is a sample waiver form regarding damaged fibers from red dyes ect. Just want to be sure not to miss anything but want to cover all the basis pertaining negative reactions as a result of advance stain removing methods. I will not be responsible for that stain you been trying to get out for 9 mos. and can't cause its already damaged.

I wasn't directing that to gents. Just my inner thoughts towards the client while preparing proposal.

So to help me to cover all the basis, you gents give me some "don't forget to's".

1.Don't forget to add in your waiver______________________

2.Don't forget to.....................

3. Don't for get to ....................

How about something like this...

STAINS: (Company name) is not responsible for preexisting stains that may have been present in the carpet prior to cleaning. Some carpet stains can become permanent and may not be removed during cleaning. It is agreed that (Company name) will not be held liable for stains that may not be removed through normal cleaning processes.
