| A customer of mine has this rug, all silk, she wants to know if I can put soil eaze on it? Thoughts?

I would think not on the soileze product. Water based protectors on silk could leave marks or darken the rug. You should use fluorosil ll by prochem, if you do not deal with a prochem dealer. Go to home depot they have the small cans of Scotchgard. This is the new scotchgard fabric upholstery protector. You would want solvent based protector on silk. Thats what I was taught. You should definitely use a solvent based protector on silk. We use Kleenguard from Kleenrite.

If it is 30 ft x 50 ft. chances are it is not silk. As a matter of fact I would be willing to bet on it.

Definitely silk. You can feel it. Super rich people. Its silk for sure.
