I have a good Sears 9 inch Orbital Car polisher and I would like to use it to clean furniture. HWE can be a PIA most of the time.

Can you good people who are good ate it give me advice.

I just picked up some micro fiber bonnets.

Thanks
Ron

Is it a variable speed? If not, you might cause damage to the textile, you need low speed rpm, some of those sears polishers spin very high.

For stairs it would be fine. But as Bill mentioned, be careful on upholstery, as it could frizz up the fabric pretty quickly. We recommend the Rota-Brush for upholstery because it is so delicate. And even with that delicate brush, it's a good idea to only run the drill at 1/2 speed or less. And I would only recommend it for a sturdy fabric. Low RPM's are essential for upholstery. Bottom line: Be very careful.

I would be suprised if a Sears car polisher would even turn a pad on fabric.
